Learn Saint George’s prayer to open paths

This week São Jorge will receive many requests for help from his faithful devotees to get out of the crisis that haunts Brazil. This Saturday (23) of April, is the day of the Saint Warrior. He who wins the demands, defeats the dragon and achieves his victories. And it is in this warrior and victorious force that the Festas de São Jorge will multiply throughout Brazil.

If you have faith in the Holy Warrior and ask with devotion, you will reach his grace and your paths in life will open up. He is often depicted dressed in metal armor, which represents the strength of faith in overcoming enemies, and a spear or sword, which represents the inner weapons to fight problems.

The white horse represents the untamed purity of faith in God and in oneself, while the red cape is the strength and self-confidence to overcome life and obstacles. The dragon, in turn, symbolizes any and all enemies and problems to be faced.

Of course, this symbology of the Saint Warrior is my vision, from someone who learned to admire the protector of soldiers, knights and scouts. He is also a patron of England, Portugal and Greece.

Of course, I write about Saint George, who protects us from all evils, from extreme fears, defends us from the temptation of the devil and also against criminals.

April 23 is the day of this Saint Warrior. In all churches and spiritist centers, there will be many parties and celebrations for the saint who always protects our homes and businesses.

Saint George’s Prayer to Open Paths and Reach Grace

Saint George, warrior conquering the dragon, pray for us.

O Saint George, my warrior, invincible in faith in God, who bear in your face hope and trust, open my paths. I will walk dressed and armed with Saint George’s weapons so that my enemies, having feet don’t reach me, having hands don’t catch me, having eyes don’t see me, and not even in thoughts they can do me any harm. Firearms my body will not reach, knives and spears will break without my body touching, ropes and chains will break without my body tying.

Jesus Christ, protect and defend me with the power of your holy and divine grace, the Virgin of Nazareth, cover me with your sacred and divine mantle, protecting me in all my pains and afflictions, and God, with your divine mercy and great power, be my defender against the wickedness and persecutions of my enemies.

Oh! Glorious Saint George, in the name of God, extend to me your shield and your mighty weapons, defending me with your strength and your greatness, and that, under the feet of your faithful horse, my enemies remain humble and submissive to you.
