To drive away the lover

In running water or in the sea, throw three handfuls of salt. With each handful of salt thrown in, watching the salt dissolve in the water, say: “Just as salt dissolves in water, the friendship of (say the name of (a) husband (wife)) and (say the name of the lover) will fall apart”.
