Seer indicates the three truths that complete life; Look

One of the most important tasks of Spirituality is to serve as a guide for life. She is therapeutic, expels suffering, cleans thoughts, organizes confusion, teaches to live in a sober, relevant, less empty, peaceful and happy way.

The paths pointed to this better way of life are few and open to anyone. They can be summarized in three indications, truths that complete our heart and our journey.

The first of these is to understand that very few things are necessary for the body. The shine of silver and gold does not refresh like the joy of the shade of a tree. The pinnacles of wealth do not buy peace for the human mind. However, when the season smiles and spreads flowers, without any cost, spiritual pleasure is full: anxiety and fear disappear, everything is a feeling of fullness.

The second indication points to the idea that nothing but spiritual greatness matters. The values ​​and trappings of traditional society are, on the larger scale of our development, irrelevant distractions. Let go of all this reduced level and we will be less hindered, disturbed and afflicted. There is no point in being hostage to material things, the way to deal with destiny is to travel with minimal luggage.

The last indication requires a deeper understanding. It asks us to accept a correct attitude towards death, understanding it as a useful reminder of our task and the essential insignificance of worldly things. It is about understanding that the intelligence that governs the world is always careful and the adversities that are imposed on us were created to test us, they are blessings in disguise. Misfortunes, which bother so much, heavy burdens, represent nothing in the higher spheres. Our problems only reveal how much human nature can bear. The rule is the same that teachers follow with their pupils, they demand maximum effort from those on whom they place their firmest hopes.

I have pointed out the above indications to reveal the wide gap between appearance and reality. In order to improve our stay here, we need to shorten this gap, to mature spiritually. Let’s open our minds and question whether what we believe to be true, good and desirable is not just an illusion. Is it or just seems to be?
