Learn St. George’s sympathies to attract protection and victory

He is one of the most popular saints in the country. He became a soap opera theme, song lyrics and even a football team protector. On April 23, Saint George the Warrior is celebrated.

For those who believe in their strength and have a lot of faith, below are the sympathies of São Jorge for a series of conquests and victories. It is worth remembering that these sympathies can be done at any time of the year.

to get a grace

On two pieces of ribbon (one red and one white) write the grace you want to achieve and say: “O Saint George, intrepid and victorious knight, open my paths. Help me get (say the grace you want). May peace, love and harmony always be present in my heart, in my home and in my work. Amen”.

Pray an Our Father, a Hail Mary and Glory be to the Father. Then, tie the ribbons around your left wrist. The tapes have to be virgin.

to be lucky

On a Full Moon week, let mint leaves, rosemary, parsley, opener and rue dry in the sun for three hours. Then put everything inside a cloth bag, along with a four-leaf clover pendant. Tie the bag with a yellow ribbon, making three knots. At each node, make your wish to the Moon. Take a Saint George sword and make the sign of the cross with it over the bag 21 times. Afterwards, throw Saint George’s sword on top of your roof. Carry this bag with you, in your purse or wallet. Ask S. Jorge to make the requests come true.

to scare away bad luck

To ward off bad luck, just dedicate this ritual to São Jorge. First cut a rue branch with a steel knife and throw it in running water, praying, at the same time, three Hail Marys and three Our Fathers. At the end of the prayers, make the sign of the cross and light a white candle for Saint George.

To get rid of robberies

Call for the twelve apostles and repeat the following supplication: “Saint George, my body will not be bound nor wounded, nor my blood shed. I will walk as free as Jesus Christ in the womb of the Virgin Mary. Amen”. Always have the image of St. George with you to protect you.

For rebellious child

Place a Saint George’s sword inside the rebel child’s mattress and leave it for seven days. Then remove the sword and replace it with a new one. Do this for seven weeks straight, then take all the swords and throw them into the sea or running water. From there, your child will become obedient.

To protect the loved one

To protect your love, say this Saint George prayer at least once a week, preferably on Friday, in front of an open window and a lit candle.

“Glorious Saint George, your power reaches the whole earth, the seas, the clouds, the winds. You travel through the infinity of the universe, scare away evil spirits and attract blessings to my love. You dominate evil with your spear, so protect my love and let evil leave our lives. Give us protection, through Christ Our Lord, who lives and reigns forever and ever. So I ask of you, so I will be answered.”
