Know what they are and how to ward off obsessing spirits

Allan Kardec guides as follows: obsession is an influence of a disembodied, malevolent spirit on an incarnate that can also occur between incarnate to incarnate and incarnate to disincarnate. Even the best people can at some point have problems with obsessors, but there is no worse blind person than one who does not want to see, and no one can cure a sick person who persists in maintaining his illness and takes pleasure in it. In thirty years of mediumistic practice (umbanda, candomblé and spiritism), I say that the vast majority of the obsessed are semi-unconscious (98%) while few remain unconscious (2%) that is, despite the inopportune action, there is awareness of what It’s running.

However, it is not forbidding someone to attend a spiritual center that will stop the problem, on the contrary: he must understand that he is the only one responsible for obtaining the power to resist, which is evidently easier than fighting his own mediumistic nature.

For spiritism there are no mediums “possessed” by spirits, but the influence of simple obsessive, fascinated and subjugated spirits.

The medium knows that he is under the bad influence, because everything he says is intended to create obstacles to all kinds of communication. In this category we can mention the physical obsession, which consists of the noisy and obstinate manifestations of certain spirits through blows or other noises.

They produce an illusion about the medium’s thinking that somehow paralyzes his ability to judge his actions. It is a mistake to believe that this kind of obsession can only affect simple people; the most intelligent are not exempt from this. His tactic is almost always to inspire the medium to distance himself from anyone who might open his eyes. Thus, avoiding contradiction, they are sure to always be right.

They paralyze the medium’s will and make him act out of his norm. It is, in a word, under a real yoke. Bodily obsession often takes away from the medium the energy needed to dominate him – it takes the intervention of a second person who, acting with his moral superiority, imposes himself on the spirits.

How to avoid obsessors?

You must have met people who only complain. In this case, spiritism guides that we must destroy this domain, putting ourselves on guard with its angel, to the point that the obsessor’s action succumbs.

No matter how good a person’s character, the motives for the obsession vary, but their only intention is the desire to do evil; as they suffer, they want to make others suffer; they take pleasure in tormenting the medium and those closest to them. These spirits act out of hatred and envy of the good; that’s why they torment the most honest people.

Two factors are essential: to prove to the obsessor that it is impossible to deceive the medium and to wear out his patience by showing himself to be more patient than he is. When he is convinced that he is wasting his time, he will eventually withdraw, as do the importunates to whom we do not listen.

The medium must make a fervent appeal to his protective angel (when experienced mediums guide him, the obsessed person says he has already prayed, but has not done so) and treat him firmly, praying in the name of God, Jesus and his guardian angel. The problem is that, many times, this is the only way that the medium has to expose his grievance in the face of a situation.

How to know if the psychic is obsessed?

– Shock common sense

– Persistence in communication (written, listening or visual)

– Belief in the infallibility of your communication

– He distances himself from people who can give him useful warnings

– Acts or speaks against your will

– Noises and disorders happen around you.

General advice:

There is no material procedure, no formula and, above all, sacramental words that have the power to ward off obsessors. What the medium cannot lack is enough willpower to take action. You cannot attribute to the direct action of evil spirits all the unpleasantness that is happening in your life. Problems are often the result of negligence or improvidence.

We also know that 35% of the world’s population have mystical experiences and medicine accepts these phenomena, but the possibility of psychological or psychiatric problems cannot be ruled out, where everything must be investigated.
