We currently use the Google Meets platform, in which it is possible to connect with the specialist through the browser itself, without the need to download applications. Each consultation has an exclusive room, which means that only you and the specialist will have access to this information. In video meetings via Google Meets, communications are established using 256-bit TLS encryption, and all shared content can be encrypted using 256-bit AES encryption and optional end-to-end encryption.
