How Kéfera adopted new healthy habits and lost 20kg –

Vlogger and actress Kéfera Buchmann, 23, remembers November 4, 2014, when she made a pact with herself, in tears: never to eat fast food again. And so it was. With exercises and functional nutrition, she radically changed her lifestyle and lost 20 kilos.. She reached her current 60 (she is 1.65m) with 15% body fat. “I am not a fitness muse nor do I want to be. I’m happy with my weight. This is my biotype, ”she says.

Famous for recording funny videos on various subjects (such as makeup, waxing, bullying and even scatological topics), Kéfera faced the challenge of losing weight along with rejection from fans. “Some people didn’t understand, because until then I made fun of the gym crowd”, she says. To avoid conflicts between the “kelovers”, as Kéfera’s fans are called, she created a second profile on instagram, dedicated to healthy living, with photos and videos of training and dishes. In one year, @keferalifestyle accumulates 1.5 million followers. “The same dedication I have in my professional life I bring to exercise and nutrition,” she says.
