It is possible to observe the increase in weight of the physical body on the scale, but few know that obesity is also contained in the spiritual body. But obesity is the consequence of an excess contrary to harmony.

We gain weight when we increase food intake and do not spend the energetic value of what is consumed. It also limits movement, overloads the bones, in addition to causing other diseases associated with the sedentary lifestyle that accompanies the lives of obese people. Changing the mind and thoughts can work miracles.

But the decision is yours, for no one can cure a sick person who persists in maintaining his illness. Remember that having healthier habits increases energy and improves performance. Conserve your health. The most precious asset of your material and spiritual life.
