7 pessimistic quotes turned optimistic

Venting a problem is great, it calms you down and is even good for your health.

But we all make small daily complaints that end up negatively undermining our mood, relationships, work, friends…

Is there a lighter way of saying the same negative things, only in a different way? positively🇧🇷

1) No problem

We are so used to answering Ëśno problem’ that we end up forgetting the negative charge that the word ~problem~ has.

But if we use affirmative phrases, such as “sure” or “of course”, we are giving our answer and our action a boost, even if on an unconscious level.

2) I can’t complain

WARNING: This phrase is almost always used in cases where the person really can’t complain.

Of course, every situation has its downside, and it often feels like it’s just him. But that won’t last forever, and honestly, complaining isn’t going to help the time pass any faster.

So remember the things you have to be thankful for and say “I’m fine, thank you”.

3) Wish I was dead

We know it’s a meme (WONDERFUL, by the way) and it’s been used to exhaustion to justify your tiredness.

But apparently, saying you’re exhausted isn’t giving people any more rest.

So when we choose to say “I need to rest” instead of “I’m tired” or “I wish I was dead”, we are making a mental note that it really is time to stop and recharge.

4) Constructive criticism

Is there constructive criticism? Exists.

But truth be told, this term is often used as an excuse, most of the time, for just criticism.

Prefer to say that you are giving “feedback” to the person you are going to talk to. I bet the dialogue will flow lightly.

5) I don’t like/want to

“Taste is taste and it’s not up for debate” aside, that’s not the most polite answer we have to some questions (like when you go to someone’s house and you don’t want to eat such a thing).

Simply thank them for their kindness and explain that you would prefer something else.

6) But I haven’t even started yet…

Leaving things for later is an art exercised by many, even for the smallest things.

But everyone knows that the sooner you start a task, the faster it ends and that way you can dedicate yourself to other things (a series, walking in the park, going out with friends…).

What are you waiting for to start?

7) Why not?

This phrase is usually accompanied by a long, deep sigh. And it’s usually when we accept something that someone else insisted on A LOT.

If you really don’t want to go, remember the “no thanks” rule, no matter how insistent the person is.

Now, if your case is pure charm, answer with a “Why not?” it will only reinforce to the other person how much you didn’t want to be there.

Release that “let’s go!” by the mouth and let’s enjoy!
