What is Tempê or Tempeh? benefits and income

Tempê (Tempeh) is an ancient food, typical of Indonesia, produced through the combination of basically 2 ingredients: cooked grains and the fungus Rhizopus Oligosporus fermented for 22 hours.

Each block of Tempê weighs 275 grams, contains almost 40 grams of protein (50% of the recommended daily value) and 35 grams of dietary fiber (more than 100% of the recommended daily value), and less than 500 calories. Furthermore, it does not contain any type of preservative.
