The 7 Chakras: Everything You Need to Know |

The seven energy centers, called chakras, they can provide a physical, mental and emotional state of perfect balance and play a very useful role in our evolution towards inner harmony.

Each of the seven Chakras is associated with different feelings, emotions, desires or fears. All keep memories of what we experience on a daily basis and that impact the results of our goals.

These memories that negatively affect us are the situations of suffering or trauma that we have experienced since we were born.

As each Chakra is with or without energy and according to the degree of consciousness with which we deal with it, this will awaken a different behavior in us. They are fundamental in regulating our body, providing harmony and balance between the physical, emotional and mental, making the connection between the material body and the subjective world.

All these centers are distributed near and along the spine, facing the front and back sides of the body. Its shape resembles a satellite dish. Chakras are linked to:

These energy centers have a perception that works like a radar. They perceive the world around them and suffer the emotional and energetic impact of events and people around them.

They also function as veritable power plants for radiating energy, emotions and thoughts generated by us consciously or not.

They act on the glands, integrate emotions into the body and, depending on our emotional state, send messages to the glands so that they secrete their different hormones or not.

Below, all seven main Chakras have been covered, one by one, so that you have a little idea and understand how they work, what they are for and in what way.
