Have you noticed the number of good professionals, from various areas, well prepared, with extensive professional experience, who every day leave their area of ​​expertise to work in other areas or on their own, just to be able to pay their bills and survive?

They are serious, qualified professionals who honor the company they work for, but they don’t get a good placement, adequate remuneration or they don’t get job stability long enough to feel secure.

They are professionals who are unlucky in their careers. They carry on their backs the department and the colleague who does little and who takes fame and is promoted. They are professionals who, despite having a lot of competence, within a company are poorly used, poorly seen, bother, are boycotted and remain stagnant in the same role for a long time. Or they are sent away for no apparent reason.

As much as these professionals try to move to a new company, in search of a job in which they can grow and be recognized, it seems that they only attract “vampire company”, the one that sucks energy and does not value the professional they hired. And the funny thing is that the people that this professional will work with have the same characteristics: people who will boycott your work, talent and will only hinder your growth.

The case can get worse when there are no chances of other problems. As much as you send a resume, no one calls even for a simple interview. It looks like the person is “tied up” and “zipped”. Until she comes to terms with the fact and leaves for another type of work, disillusioned. Abandon your career and go try your luck in another profession and try to earn more, or open your own business to see if it will work.

Holy Angel of the Lord, my zealous keeper,

if you have entrusted to divine mercy, keep me, rule me, protect me and enlighten me.

Look into my heart, my dear Angel, and see that I want to grow and strengthen my faith, but the pressures and obligations of everyday life keep me from listening to my spirit.

I ask permission before the Throne of God to be with me

and show me the opening of paths to work,

openness in my prosperity, in my money, in my materiality,

in my life paths so that I can balance myself and have peace.

Look at my life Guardian of God,

I determine to turn chaos into order,
