3 cups (450 g) frozen strawberries 2 cups (480 ml) coconut water 1 small lime, peeled 2 tablespoons (30 ml) agave nectar (optional) 2 cups (260 g) ice cubes

Instructions

Pour all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid. Select speed 1. Turn on the machine and increase the speed until reaching maximum. Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency. Strain through a bag to filter.

2. Fresh peach and mango water

Ideal for a super hot day, it makes 3 cups and is ready in 11 minutes.

Ingredients

3 cups (455 g) frozen peach slices 1 small lime, peeled 2 cups (400 ml) peach-mango coconut water 2 tablespoons (30 ml) agave nectar (optional) ½ teaspoon fresh ginger root 2 cups (260 g) ice cubes

Instructions

Pour all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid. Select speed 1. Turn on the blender and gradually increase the speed to 10 and then to High. Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency. Serve immediately. Strain it or pass it through a bag to filter vegetable milk.

3. Fresh orange and pineapple water

It is like an exotic soda that combines pineapple, coconut water and mead with fresh fruit.

Makes three cups and is ready in 11 minutes.

Ingredients

2 large oranges, peeled 1½ cups (345 g) frozen pineapple 2 cups (480 ml) pineapple coconut water 1 small lime, peeled 2 tablespoons (30 ml) agave nectar (optional) 1 cup (130 g) cubes of ice

Instructions

Pour all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid. Select speed 1. Turn on the blender and gradually increase the speed to 10 and then to High. Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency. Serve immediately. Strain it or pass it through a bag to filter vegetable milk.

4. Strawberry lemonade

Just a few simple ingredients are all you need to make this quick and easy lemonade.

It makes 850 milliliters and is ready in 10 minutes.

Ingredients

1½ cups (350 ml) cold water 1 lemon or lime, ends trimmed and discarded, the rest cut into 4 equal slices (between 1/4 and 1/2 inch thick) 3 strawberries, peeled, cut into quarters ¼ cup (60 g) granulated sugar 2 cups (260 g) ice cubes

Instructions

Place the ingredients in the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid. Select the lowest setting. Turn on the machine, increase to its maximum speed, and let it run for 30 to 45 seconds. Serve with additional ice if desired.

5. Basil Lemonade Frappe

Create this icy and refreshing blend of citrus and herbs for those hot summer picnics.

It makes 960 milliliters and is ready in 11 minutes.

Ingredients

3 cups (720 ml) water 1½ lemons, peeled and halved ¼ cup (80 g) date syrup ¼ cup (10 g) fresh basil leaves 1 cup (130 g) ice cubes

Instructions

Place all ingredients in the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid. Turn the blender on to its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 20-30 seconds or until desired consistency.
