About the act of giving thanks, Tao Tse said that “thanks is the memory of the heart”. Giving thanks is a very positive emotion that changes the energy of an environment to positive and calms the fury of enemies. Giving thanks opens doors to heaven and takes us away from the hell of destructive selfishness and emotional ignorance.

Thanking everyone and everything every day is the greatest magic that can manifest now in our lives. Appreciation and a feeling of humility and of forming a strong bond between the parties.

Want to improve some aspect of life? Thank you for being alive. Give thanks for the parents who generated you and gave you life. Thank every passion, victory, sadness and defeat.

Giving thanks is an act of consecration for the life you have and live. Giving thanks when waking up and going to bed is a positive way to have a good day, with opportunities and joys. Giving thanks all the time or at least once a day will attract good energies for what you are still going to do, experience and build.

But who should we thank for our life and for being alive? The greatest energies. In Hoponopono we thank the Higher Divinity. When we say the four powerful phrases “I’m sorry. Forgive me. I love you. I am grateful.”, we are thanking God and the Universe for the possibility of changes and liberation in our lives.

Every day thank the Universe for everything to exist. And thank God for creating everything in the Universe, even you.

Prayer of Thanks

Most High God of the Universe We are grateful for the life you gave us, for each dawn that renews the opportunities to serve your purpose, for each dusk that allows us to give rest to our body and freedom to our soul.

We are grateful for the sacred space that has been reserved for us on Mother Earth, for the food that sustains us, for the sun that warms us, for the water that purifies us, for the air we breathe. We are grateful for the awareness that allows us to choose, for the challenges that make us grow, for the understanding that we are here to learn and improve.

We are grateful for the roof that protects us, for the work that drives us, for the family that completes us and for the friends who walk with us on our life path. We are grateful for the body that sustains our soul and makes our journey possible, for the health to fulfill our tasks, for the healthy mind that allows us to dream, for the challenges that allow us to grow.

We are grateful for every opportunity, for every achievement, for every sacred moment, for every breath, for every thought, for every feeling revealed. We are grateful, especially, for having the opportunity to love, more and more and with the noblest intention that exists in our hearts.
