Ogun’s Prayer breaks envy and demands; Look

What kind of animal would represent people’s envy? A dragon that destroys everything with its wrath? A hungry lion that devours everything? A herd of elephants on the run that destroys everything wherever it goes?

I believe that all these animals can represent the effects of a negative person’s demand and envy against you.

But the animal that most represents the envious is the frog. They say that the envious person is like a frog: he has big eyes and he is always in the mud, not to say he is in another place more smelly. Envy, evil eye and heartache are negative emotions emanating from people who have failed at something and cannot stand to see the success and brilliance of others who have managed to achieve their personal and professional goals and plans. Marques de Maricá summed up the comfortable attitude of the envious in one sentence: “we envy wealth, but not the work it earns.” Instead of envying someone for something they have, why don’t these people go to work to earn it?

We don’t have to hate these people. We have to feel sorry, because they are poor people and spirit. Alan Kardec summed up the envious very well who said: “with envy and jealousy, there is no calm or rest for one who is attacked by this evil: the objects of his greed, his hatred, his spite, rise up before him like ghosts that give him no respite and haunt him even in his sleep.”

In short, envy is with nothing and leads us nowhere. We have to strengthen ourselves to fight the envious and their harmful effects in our lives.

But how? Initially putting above this very negative vibration. Always repeat the mantra “If God is for me, nothing is against me”.

Ask for protection and pray for saints and orishas who break demands, negative energies and envy.

As we are in the month of April, we can use the strength of this month’s Orisha to protect ourselves. In this month Ogun, Orixá Guerreira reigns and protects her children against the forces of evil.

Below are two prayers to break demands, envy and open paths.

Prayer of Ogun against envy

OGUM Pray for us.

He will never go unanswered to those who believe in him Ogunhe my Father!

I will walk dressed and armed with the weapons of OGUM so that my enemies, having feet don’t reach me, having hands don’t catch me, having eyes don’t see me, and not even in thoughts they can hurt me.

Firearms my body won’t reach, knives and spears break without my body touching, ropes and chains break without my body tying.

Jesus Christ, protect and defend me with the power of your holy and divine grace, Virgin of Nazareth, cover me with your sacred and divine mantle, protecting me in all my pains and afflictions, and God, with his divine mercy and great power, be my defender against the wickedness and persecutions of my enemies.

Glorious OGUM, in the name of God, extend your shield and your powerful weapons to me, defending me with your strength and your greatness, and that under the paws of your faithful rider my enemies be humble and submissive to you. . So be it with the power of God, Jesus and the phalanx of the Divine Holy Spirit.
