How do you wake up?

Today I woke up and the sun was hidden in heavy rain clouds. Starting the day with this gray look can cause me a certain melancholy. That doesn’t happen when the day is clear, with the sky blue and the sun at its full potential.

Rain can also be beautiful and welcome, but the colors of a beautiful dawn fill any attentive heart with joy.

In the same way that nature can influence our first feelings of the day, our thoughts are also very important for a harmonious and balanced course.

Waking up late, running, without saying good morning, is fatal to my mood – and it determines everything else.

Since I was a child, when my mother entered my room opening the curtains and talking loudly, it left me disoriented and angry. Noisy alarm clock, so I always end up wanting to throw it out the window.
