My Jesus, I come today to ask for the healing of my memories, everything that I lived and that was kept in my unconscious and that has tormented me. You know me and you know the cause of every problem I carry inside me. Come, Jesus, and heal these memories, the moments when I felt rejected, discouraged, ignored even by those I loved most.

Heal me from the feelings of hatred, rancor, hurt and lack of forgiveness that are often reflected in my body, causing physical pain and illness. From the moments of danger that I lived and that made me a fearful and insecure person, heal me, Lord.

O Lord, there are so many traumas and marks that I have in my mind… and only you can heal me! So I ask you: wash my mind in your blood, give me your healing and fill me with your peace.
