The influencer and ex-BBB Jade Picon took advantage of the sunny morning of Monday (25) to practice footvolley on Barra da Tijuca beach, in the west zone of Rio de Janeiro.

She, who plays the character Chiara in the soap opera “Travessia”, on TV Globo, published stories on Instagram with some moments of training and even showed that she risked kicking the ball with a bicycle. It is worth remembering that, in addition to footvolley, the actress is also a fan of other physical activities, such as bodybuilding, yoga and boxing.

Footvolleyball is a Brazilian modality that consists of a mix between football and volleyball, as the name implies. “It is played by two athletes on each side, and the objective is to make the ball fall into the opponent’s court. Each pair can give a maximum of three kicks”, says the doctor Fabricio Buzattosports doctor and physiatrist.

According to the specialist, the sport works on the aerobic part and also on strength, promoting the improvement of motor coordination and physical conditioning and contributing to the strengthening of lower limbs, such as calves, thighs, buttocks and abdomen. In addition, footvolley accelerates metabolism and generates calorie burning, being a good alternative for those who want to lose weight.

“The cardiological examination is fundamental to avoid unpleasant surprises during the practice of the sport, just as it is necessary to be very careful with injuries, mainly because the game requires intense movements”, he warns.
