How to restore walls with putty

Check below what to do to fix the imperfections of the walls with spackle.

1. With the spatula, put a little spackling compound on the trowel.

2. Pass the instrument on the wall so that the putty sticks. Spread until it’s uniform.

3. Use the spatula to remove the excess glued to the trowel and apply it again.

4. Smooth again so the surface is smooth. Make back-and-forth movements.

5. Forcefully slide the trowel. Only stop when the place is very smooth.

6. Allow about five hours to dry and sand vigorously to remove imperfections.

7. Invest in one more coat of the product. Repeat all the steps followed so far.

8. After five hours, sand again. Try to leave the entire area smooth, without burrs.

9. Remove dust with a feather duster or brush. Your wall is ready for paint.
