Keanu Reeves’ love life proves it’s never too late to find the right person

Despite already having a relationship with some women, actor Keanu Reeves always remains reserved about his personal adventures. However, his love life seems to have taken a turn when the Hollywood star teased comments about being about to marry his sweetheart, Alexandra Grant.

O awesome.club became curious about the actor’s love stories and decided to find out more about his beloved ones, past and present.

Former American actress Jill Schoelen met the artist in 1986, when they starred in Babes in Toyland, and they dated for nearly three years before breaking up. Afterwards, the actress began to relate to another heartthrob of the moment, Brad Pitt, to whom she was engaged for three months.

Keanu Reeves and the up-and-coming filmmaker met while working with her father, Francis Ford Coppola, on Bram Stoker’s Dracula. The two reportedly dated for a short time and split in 1992.

Keanu Reeves was also linked to British actress and producer Amanda de Cadenet, but the relationship didn’t last long. The actress revealed that she first considered an involvement with Reeves when she was still a teenager and pregnant with the son of Duran Duran bassist John Taylor. However, the actor did not want to get involved with her at that time, but they were dated in 1997 after Amanda divorced Taylor.

The artist and the American actress Jennifer Syme started dating in 1998 and, soon after, they announced that they were expecting their first child. Tragically, Syme lost her daughter Ava in her eighth month of pregnancy, in January 2000. Unfortunately, the relationship did not withstand the pain of the loss, and they decided to separate weeks later, but remained friends.

Yet another tragedy struck on April 2, 2001. Just one day after having lunch with Keanu Reeves, Syme lost control of his car and died.

Reeves and China, daughter of celebrity chef Michael Chow, had a brief relationship in 2008. During their courtship, they traveled to the Mediterranean Sea, where they were spotted together. However, soon after, they called off the relationship.

The 57-year-old actor is reportedly involved with Alexandra Grant, 49, with whom he posed for hand-in-hand photos at the LACMA Art + Film Gala event in 2019. The two have known each other for some time, she illustrated, in 2011, Reeves’ book, Ode to Happiness. They worked together again in 2016 on another book by the actor, Shadows, also illustrated by Grant. They also founded a publishing company, X Artists’ Books, in 2017.

Recently, a source exclusively shared that “Keanu is not hiding that he will be proposing to Alexandra as he was spotted shopping in West Hollywood,” and added, “The two have had previous relationships, but that’s the least of it. They just flow well together, they fit perfectly.”
