From the streets to the party! Food trucks and food bikes invade weddings

You food trucks they have already dominated the urban space and are now conquering their space also among the coolest couples. And there is no shortage of reasons to invest in a food truck or food bike for your wedding. “It is surprising to the guests and very cool. The food truck is a trend that is here to stay, because in addition to serving quality food, they have very interesting decor”, explains Monica Galan, from Cadê meu Brigadeiro.

With the popularization of this type of trade, there is no lack of options for the bride and groom with snacks and drinks to surprise the guests, from snacks and sweets to glasses of wine.

Physical space need not be seen as an issue. Although most weddings with food trucks take place in places or beaches, the couple can, yes, take the food trailers to urban party spaces. If the buffet allows it, it can be taken inside the party and parked next to the dance floor. If the space chosen for the link does not allow a trailer to be parked, go by bike!

Stella Nakao, from Pastel Futebol Truck, recalls that it is important that the chosen company pays a prior visit to the event location, regardless of the chosen model. This visit allows you to check the accesses, power points and surroundings of the space. The best thing is that the teams take all the necessary material on the day of the party and the bride and groom don’t have to worry about a thing!

Los Mendozitos

The company serves glasses and bottles of red, white, rosé, sparkling wines, wine drinks and grape juices – always focusing on family productions from the Mendoza region of Argentina. There are several options for formats and parties, from trailers and bikes to carts and stands. Each event is prepared according to the bride and groom, customizing the bikes or trailers, ‘dressing’ the units with flowers in the colors of the event, placing letters with the names of the bride and groom and other details. The drinks menu is defined according to the couple’s profile and also taking into account the profile of the guests and the place where the party will take place. The team has bases in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Campos do Jordão and has already attended events in more than 20 different cities.

The cost of the service varies according to the number of guests, the chosen card and the distance from the party venue. Intimate ceremonies for up to 50 people can count on a Los Mendozitos bike from R$2150. For events with more than 300 people, with a sparkling wine menu and a more extensive service with a trailer, the cost is around R$10,000.

With an eye on candy lovers, Cade Meu Brigadeiro? has four service options for weddings: food truck, food bike, brigadeiro live and brigadeiro in the pan. “Our proposal is to offer an experience to chocoholics. Everything has been thought out to make this happen. The decor, our uniform, everything goes back to the 50s and 60s in a very retro atmosphere. The brigadeiros end the experience in a surprising way, as we have an exclusive recipe that preserves the chocolate flavor a lot”, says businesswoman Monica Galan.

The company attends an average of 3 weddings per month. “And at all weddings, the brigadeiro services are a success!”, guarantees Monica. The service can be available throughout the night or only during the party, depending on the wishes of the couple. The food truck costs R$800.00 + 3 brigadeiros per person (R$2.00 per unit). The food bike service costs R$500.00 + 3 brigadeiros per person (R$2.00 per unit).

pudding to taste

Pudim a Gosto also offers a food bike service for weddings and other private celebrations. “The product maintains a premium quality, as it is made with very high quality ingredients. Despite needing refrigeration, we managed to store the puddings in recyclable ice on a small bike, which fits in any space”, explains Daniel, partner-owner of the brand.

The bride and groom are the ones who determine the quantity and flavors they want and how they would like the product to be delivered to the guests. The bike can be parked strategically close to the candy table or at the door of the party, when the mini pudding will be delivered as a souvenir, instead of the classic bem-casados.

The service is charged according to the quantity of puddings ordered. The 80g mini pudding costs around BRL 8.50 each. Bike rental is offered free of charge from 100 units.

Pastel Football Truck

The PFT – Pastel Futebol Truck has been in the business for 50 years and the recipes have been passed on and improved to four generations. The service can be offered to guests from the beginning of the party or just at the party, as a late night snack. The menu and quantities are defined according to the wishes of the bride and groom, in a completely personalized way. A party for 50 people can cost from R$2500.
