Fit girl hair: 3 easy workout hairstyles –

The fit girls give you extra motivation to change jumping jacks for burpees, huh? The same goes for the simple Ponytail. Diego Queiroz, from the MG Hair salon, teaches three stylish looks for your workout.

1. Stuck with texture

Apply dry shampoo to the length of the strands and knead with your hands to add texture. Part the hair in half, measuring the part by your nose, and make a low and loose ponytail. Separate a section, wrap it over the elastic to cover it, and secure with a bobby pin.

Expert Tip: If you’re looking for a more messy, beachy look, switch from dry shampoo to salt spray.

2. boxer braid

Part your hair in half and separate three small sections at the front and start braiding on one side, pulling it back. After the first braid, join a loose strand of hair to the strand of the braid you are going to cross. Do this each time until you reach the nape of your neck and there are no loose strands left. When braiding, the strands must pass under each other. Finish the length with a regular braid and repeat on the other side.

Expert tip: if your strands are spiked, braid them with wet strands or finish with a root-to-tip gel.

3. Braid with bobby pins

Pairs with: ballet fitness and pilates

Reserve the fringe and, if you don’t have it, separate a thick section from the front. Braid the rest of the length in a low braid. Secure with bobby pins (if you want to stand out, choose a color opposite to your strands) the loose part very close to the head, towards the braid.

Expert Tip: To set your style without weighing it down, use a soft dry hairspray or dry pomade.
