We grew up believing that the sweat is responsible for underarm odor. While actually it is part of an important function for the body: releasing toxins. Today, most conventional deodorants are also antiperspirants, have you noticed?

And about the odor, well, it works like this: when a region of our body is favorable for the growth of bacteria (hello, armpits!) the smell changes. O coconut oilessential oils and bicarbonate – protagonists of the formula deodorant which I teach below – form a powerful team against micro-organisms.

Remembering that it is not because it is natural that you cannot give reactions or allergies. Use and observe if the bicarbonate will leave your dry skin. If so, reduce the amount or even remove it from the formula – and, if in doubt, consult a dermatologist.

Also take the opportunity to start observing your body’s reactions. It is common for our smell to become stronger depending on some factors, such as food, stress and use of certain medications. Natural deodorant (either homemade or from conscious brands) is an invitation to
Self perception. Let’s go?
