Aromatherapy to warm up the relationship |

Lack of sex in a relationship can occur for a variety of reasons and it’s worth investigating whether this is really a physical problem or if you’re not giving yourself time to experience a little more pleasure in your relationship.

A study published in the “American Journal of Cardiology” says that sex helps protect the heart. The World Health Organization (WHO) highlights the issue and places sexual practice as one of the indices that measure the level of quality of life. To prepare a romantic and seductive environment

Preparation time: 10 minutes | Yield: 2 cups

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon demerara sugar (organic) 1 teaspoon ceylon (ceylon herb) 2 cinnamon sticks 5 clove sticks 2 cups skimmed milk 1 teaspoon cardamom powder ½ teaspoon ginger powder 1 teaspoon allspice 1 tsp nutmeg powder

Method of preparation:

Put the sugar with the cinnamon and ceylon herb in a pan until the sugar is golden. Then add all remaining ingredients except nutmeg. Let it boil well, remembering that the boil is fast. Turn off the heat and add the nutmeg. Abafe for 2 minutes with a lid.

If you want, you can add 1 drop each of the vibrational oils of Cinnamon, Cardamom, Ginger and Nutmeg to enhance the aphrodisiac effect of the chai. Remember that it is vibrational oils that must be ingested and not pure essential oils.

Serve the drink still hot.

For a sensual night

Fill the bathtub or whirlpool with warm or hot water and scatter red rose petals. Mix well in 5 ml of milk, 5 drops of Ylang Ylang essential oil and 1 drop of Lemon essential oil with a little water to create a seductive mood in the bedroom.

Another option is to prepare a body massage oil to do on your partner. To do this, in 30 ml of grape seed or sweet almond vegetable oil, mix 3 drops of Fresh Ginger essential oil, 1 drop of Patchouli essential oil, 1 drop of Cardamom essential oil and 1 drop of Pepper essential oil Black. Mix well and use in massage. You will have a night of pure pleasure.

Important: most aphrodisiac oils are hot and stimulating, so they should not be used during pregnancy. Hypertensive people should also avoid ginger, using only its vibrational oil. Always consult an aromatherapist for guidance on the use of essential and vibrational oils.
