A beautiful party inspired by the colors and energy of Bahia

Unusual themes not only create expectations in the guests about the party, but also transform the celebration into a unique and fun experience.

Thinking of offering a special night to friends and family, dentist Francislene Assis Corrêa, 40, and broadcaster Adriano Eli Corrêa, 41, took a little piece of Bahia to São Paulo to celebrate their daughter Luna’s 6th birthday. .

“The theme was chosen by the birthday girl herself. The choice of theme was a shock to me, as children at this age usually choose Disney princesses. To decide the details of the party, we searched our memory to remember everything related to the theme. That’s how we started to prepare the party”, said the mother, adding that months before the event the family took a trip to Salvador and took the opportunity to carry out a larger search of references.

Organized by Marriages, led by the duo Marcia Possik and Giuliana Cohen, the party proposed a real trip to Bahia. “Adapting such a broad theme for an adult party would be tricky enough, as it’s hard to focus on just one thing. When the party is for children, the challenge is greater. We used the colors in our favor and the party turned out amazing! It was childish, but at the same time chic,” explained Marcia.

“Having a children’s party is a delight! A child’s energy is totally contagious! They enjoy everything and every moment becomes a party. Considering their fun is a priority, putting party entertainers, play areas and lots of sweets”, said Giuliana.

The party’s menu featured many typical dishes, such as acarajés, tapioca and coconut drinks.

One of the highlights of the party was the cake table. The confectioner Isabela Suplicy created a beautiful cake in the shape of a baiana, almost 1 meter high.

As a reminder to the guests, the parents handed out beach bags with a Panama hat, towels, headdresses and Havaianas flip flops with Bonfim ribbons.

The birthday girl asked her parents for a live show during the party. And the chosen band was Harmonia do Samba. “The guests left the party enchanted”, said the mother.

The decoration project used many maritime elements, such as shells and starfish and abused the colors to symbolize all the joy and energy of Bahia.
