1. Simple Shrimp Fricassee
Ingredients
- Oil
- 1 onion
- 1 kg shrimp, cleaned, without head and shell
- 1 chopped tomato
- Ready seasoning of salt and garlic to taste
- 1 box of sour cream
- 1 can of corn without the canned water
- 1 pot of cream cheese
- Sliced mozzarella cheese to taste
- straw potato to taste
Preparation mode
- In a pan add a drizzle of oil and the onion. Let it sauté until it starts to become translucent and add the shrimp, the chopped tomato and the garlic and salt seasoning;
- Sauté the shrimp for a few minutes, until it reaches the desired point and the water from the other ingredients has dried up;
- In a blender, place the cream, corn and curd and let it beat until you get a homogeneous cream;
- With the prawns already cooked, pour the cream of corn into the pan and mix gently to incorporate the ingredients. Let the cream heat until it starts to bubble and turn off the heat;
- In a refractory, distribute the fricassee. Cover with slices of mozzarella cheese and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature and leave until the cheese is browned;
- Top with straw potatoes and serve while still hot. It’s delicious!
2. Shrimp fricassee with tomato sauce
Ingredients
- 500 g shrimp, cleaned, head and shell
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- ½ of corn kernels
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon of corn starch
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- ½ onion chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- grated cheese to taste
- straw potato to taste
Preparation mode
- In a bowl, season the shrimp with salt and pepper, and set aside;
- In the blender, add the corn, the cream, the curd and the corn starch and let it beat until you get a homogeneous cream and without pieces, and set it aside;
- In a pan preheated with 1 tablespoon of butter, distribute the previously seasoned shrimp and let them brown on both sides and set aside. Be careful not to let the shrimp cook completely;
- In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of butter and the onion and sauté until it starts to become translucent. Then add the garlic and let it brown;
- Add the tomato sauce and the previously beaten cream of corn and mix well until both are incorporated. Adjust the seasoning if necessary, and let the sauce cook for a few until it thickens;
- Return the prawns to the pan and gently mix with the sauce, let it cook for approximately 2 minutes to finish the prawns cooking and remove from the heat;
- Distribute the sauce with the shrimp in a refractory that can go in the oven. Cover everything with grated cheese of your choice and take it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees until the cheese is browned;
- Top with straw potatoes and it’s ready to serve!
3. Shrimp fricassee with cumin
Ingredients
- Oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 kg shrimp, cleaned, without head and shell
- Salt and black pepper to taste

- 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- chopped chives to taste
- 400 g cream cheese
- 1 box of sour cream
- 2 packages of potato straw
- 200 g grated mozzarella cheese
Preparation mode
- In a preheated pan add the oil, onion and tomato and let it sauté until the onion starts to become translucent. Then add the prawns, season with salt, pepper and cumin and let it cook for a few minutes;

Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 1 small onion chopped
- 500 g shrimp, cleaned, head and shell
- Shrimp broth made with the head and shell
- 1 pot of cream cheese
- 1 box of sour cream

- 1 packet of grated cheese

- Add the curd, half the cream, the green smell and the pepper, season with salt, pepper and let the sauce cook for a few minutes with the pan closed;
- In a blender add the rest of the shrimp broth, the other part of the cream and the corn, and beat until obtaining a homogeneous cream and without pieces. Then add this cream to the pan with the prawns;
- Distribute a layer of the fricassee in a refractory that can go in the oven. Make a layer with the grated cheese and the mozzarella, and pour another layer of the fricassee;
- Cover everything with another layer of cheese, and cover the refractory with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 chopped Italian tomatoes
- 1 can of corn
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 box of sour cream
- 1 glass of milk
- shredded mozzarella cheese to taste
- grated parmesan cheese to taste
- Salt, pepper and parsley to taste

- 500 g of clean shrimp
- 2 tablespoons of corn starch
Preparation mode
- In a frying pan, heat a thread of oil and sauté the garlic and onion;
- After a few minutes, when the onion withers, add the tomato to the sauté;
- Add, in a blender, the glass of milk, the corn, the cream, the curd, the 2 spoons of corn starch, the Parmesan and beat well;

6. Shrimp fricassee with pepper mix
Ingredients
- 500 g shrimp, cleaned, headless and shelled
- 1 lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 5 cloves of minced garlic
- ¼ cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ½ chopped red pepper
- ½ yellow pepper, chopped
- 1 peeled and seeded tomato
- 400 g of pre-cooked corn
- 400 ml of sour cream
- 400 ml cream cheese
- Milk
- Shrimp powder to taste
- ½ cup of palm
- cilantro to taste
- 300 g of thin straw potatoes
- ½ cup of tomato pulp
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
Preparation mode
- Place the prawns in a bowl and season them with lemon juice, salt, a little garlic and black pepper. Let marinate for 20 minutes;
- In a preheated pan add half the oil, half the butter, the rest of the garlic and sauté for a few seconds. Also add the onion and sauté for another minute, or until it starts to become translucent;
- Add the two types of peppers and let them sauté for another minute. After this time, add the tomato and let it cook for approximately 2 minutes. Remove from heat and reserve the vegetables in a container;
- In the same pan that prepared the vegetables, add the rest of the oil, the other part of the butter, and the prawns. Let the shrimp cook for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side and set aside;
- In a blender add the corn, the cream, the curd and a little milk and let it beat for a few minutes until you get a homogeneous liquid mixture;
- Then, pour it into a pan, add the powdered shrimp broth and stir well, for about 3 minutes, until it starts to get creamy. If it doesn’t thicken, the tip is to add 1 or 2 tablespoons of cornstarch for more consistency;
- With the pan on low heat, add the vegetables prepared previously, the hearts of palm and the sautéed shrimp and mix well. If necessary, adjust seasoning and finally add the cilantro;
- Distribute the fricassee in a refractory, cover everything with mozzarella and potato straw and take it to the oven preheated to 250 degrees for approximately 15 to 20 minutes;
- Serve while still hot with your favorite accompaniment.
7. Shrimp fricassee with 2 cheeses
Ingredients
- 1 kg shrimp, cleaned, headless and shelled
- 1 lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 5 minced garlic cloves
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 large chopped tomato
- ½ yellow pepper, chopped
- ½ chopped green pepper
- 1 tablet of fish, shrimp or shellfish broth
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 can of sour cream
- 1 can of corn
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped green chili to taste
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

- Start by seasoning the shrimp with salt, pepper and lemon juice, and leave to marinate for approximately 10 to 15 minutes;
- In a pan over high heat, place the oil, butter, garlic, onion and tomato and let it sauté, always stirring until the tomato wither and the onion starts to become translucent;
- Then add the peppers, the broth tablet and the tomato paste, and let the sauce boil briefly until all the tablet is dissolved;
- Add the prawns, mix with the sautéed vegetables and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes. Add the cream cheese, mix well, lower the heat and set aside;
- In a blender, beat the cream, Parmesan cheese and corn, for about 1 minute, until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. Then pour the cream of corn into the pan with the shrimp. Add the green filling and mix well;
- Distribute the fricassee on a platter, cover everything with mozzarella cheese and take it to the preheated oven to brown for about 15 to 20 minutes;
