13 steps to building a healthy and quality relationship

Often dating/marriage seems to take a little more work than we imagined, but then out of nowhere we realize that it was just an impression and that everything we are experiencing is very good and pleasant.

One healthy and quality relationship yes it can be achieved! But this requires effort and work from you and your partner.

1- Be responsible for your own happiness

Save yourself and your partner the long hours of discussion by remembering this rule: it’s nobody’s responsibility but yourself to make you happy!

2- Always comply with your words

If you make a promise, keep it! When you promise something, do it! Don’t say that you’re going to do the dishes for dinner or that you’re going to buy him a gift and just don’t do it or say you forgot. This causes you to systematically destroy your partner’s trust. And the confidence is the basis for a healthy and quality relationship!

3- Admit your mistakes

If you know you made a mistake and you did something that hurt your partner then admit it! Be humble and apologize to him/her sincerely and without skirting the issue!

11- Encourage your partner

So he/she can be more successful in his/her work, or in his/her studies. This will make him/her realize how much you care about his/her future and want him/her to be one of the best.

12- Admire your partner and also praise him/her

Your partner will feel admired! Has your loved one bought a dress or changed her haircut? Have your say on such changes and brighten her day!

13- Message him/her in the middle of the day

A simple “Good morning babe/cat” can make a difference in your partner’s day. Send messages like “I miss you” occasionally. The person will definitely feel more loved.
