6 tips for welcoming new cycles | Opinion – GOOD FORM

We have reached the end of a very remarkable year that brought many opportunities for profound transformations in our lives. It’s a good time to look back, reflect and be grateful for so many challenges and learnings so far – allow yourself this reflection and contemplation – to reinvigorate yourself for the new cycles to come. For this reason, below, I offer advice to welcome new cycles and start the new year.

From a spiritual point of view, we are on this plane to live exactly the experiences that will lead us to acquire the lessons that our soul needs to grow. So it’s like we live in a reality of mirrors, where we attract by frequency the experiences we need to live.

“The strong energies that are being emanated and driven by the astrological conjunctures of the portals, throughout 2020, trigger several individual and collective processes”

Planetarily, we live a crucial and unique moment. The strong energies that are being emanated and driven by the astrological conjunctures of the portals, throughout 2020, trigger several individual and collective processes. Each portal is like an exponential period of opportunity for questions from this and many lives to be processed before we go through a new door. That’s why everything has been so intense. To start the next cycles of deep transformations, it is important to heal and collect the learnings we have had so far and let the old go away.

We can release everything that imprisons us and does not make us great. Or we can still, if that’s the case, look at the problems from a new point of view that until then we weren’t allowing ourselves to see. This goes for our feelings, habits, actions, everyday situations, social, affective and family relationships, career and our search for a more balanced and healthy life.

More than ever, we are all being invited to transform ourselves now and broaden our vision of life. Are we really willing to hear this call or do we choose to remain trapped in open cages?

ADVICE FOR WELCOMING NEW CYCLES

1. Accept that you will experience difficulties

everyone goes through existential questions, restlessness and difficulties in areas of life. Realizing and recognizing this is a good sign: that we are not so asleep.

Life brings so many distractions and we choose other priorities, that it is difficult to see our essence with so many conflicts accumulated under the rug. We know that these conflicts are there, but at some point it will be necessary to clean that surface – if you don’t do it before, life is relentless in that sense.

2. Allow yourself to look back and consciously take stock of 2020

Do this without the urge to run away from him, after all, he was the year that woke you up to many things.

Did we know how to welcome the changes that were necessary? How do we deal with losses, unforeseen events and uncertainties in 2020? Did we know how to reinvent ourselves? What and how many learnings did these experiences bring us? What didn’t go so well and how do you get stronger in impermanence? Starting a more conscious 2021 with these reflections already brings the right foot forward.

3. Take on the role of your story

After a New Year’s Eve, things don’t change overnight. But it can be a unique opportunity to finally honor and take on the role of your own story.

It depends more on our willingness to change and our inner state than on astrological conjunctures or the turn of a calendar.

4. Review what really matters

Impermanence and the new transformations that will come will not stop: are we really going to sustain ourselves in “having” or in “being”?

I think that in this sense, the impact on the collective life of 2020 was able to leave a sample of the perception of what really matters, for those who were able to reflect from this point of view.

5. Be patient with your process

It’s a way back home.

Be patient with your own process, which is so unique and so yours, and know that the journey itself is to rediscover and be the best version of you. During this trajectory, it is common for backlogs and challenges that have not yet been cleared or fully understood to come back to be healed and dissolved, like residual ripples from the clearing that need to be released.

6. Get rid of pre-judgments

A planet in complete regeneration: we can be lighthouses of a new world.

Where there is more light, it will also be possible to see more dirt that needs to be cleaned, and the chaos will seem even greater. Energetically it is like we are a collective hive. When a person peels back their layers of beliefs, the closer they will be to their essence. And its brilliance, so full of inspiration, reverberates so that other people can also broaden their eyes on life and connect with their essence.
