INGREDIENTS
150g or 1 semisweet chocolate bar
½ cup melted coconut oil
2 eggs
½ cup of demerara sugar
¾ cup fine rolled oats
METHOD OF PREPARATION
In a bowl, chop the chocolate and mix it with the coconut oil. Melt in the microwave for 3 minutes or in a water bath;
In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, mix until the sugar melts;
Mix chocolate with eggs and sugar, add oatmeal;
Unite the roast with coconut oil and put the mixture;
Take to preheated oven at 180° for 20 minutes.
