6 signs that you lost weight even without losing weight on the scale –

Some of the most powerful body and health transformations tip the scales very little. For some people, having a better quality of life means losing fat, for others, gaining weight is the right thing to do. There are still those who want to “exchange” fat for lean mass or those who seek in exercises just a way to have more energy and motivation.

1. You feel stronger. Notice (and celebrate) the small moments of victory in your training. If before starting you thought it was impossible to run 2 km and now that task seems trivial, you deserve to celebrate this small milestone. If before, you thought it was impossible to lift a certain weight or complete a series of an exercise, and now you can do it, that’s a reason YES to celebrate.

2. Your new favorite foods are healthier. Following a diet can be quite challenging, but once you find healthy foods that you like, everything becomes easier. Eating healthy does not only affect your weight, but your health in general – and thinking about the time to eat that crepioca or zucchini spaghetti is a reason to feel proud of yourself.

3. You are not eating as much as you used to. Being able to control portion sizes and food cravings? Did you notice that you’re eating less or did you stop eating as soon as you felt full – and this happened sooner than you thought – and you’re feeling great, thank you? You are right to feel happy!

4. You feel like you have more energy. Before, waking up early to work out seemed impossible and you had to set the alarm clock an hour earlier because you ended up curling up in bed. Now, despite still suffering a little (who never?), can you get out of bed faster? This is already a sign of change. Feeling like you still have energy when you get home from work instead of plopping down on the couch or bed is also a reason to feel more positive.

5. You noticed your progress by photos. One of the ways to stay motivated in the “transformation” process is to follow the changes in your body through photos. Even if you don’t feel so comfortable taking those first pictures – from all angles – they are important for you to really see everything that’s going on. And no one else needs to see it but you. Therefore, if you are comparing a more current image with the first ones and you can see changes, you can be proud and be sure that you are on the right path.

6. Your clothes are a little looser. One of the best indicators that you are achieving body changes is the fit of your clothes. Realizing that your jeans are a little looser or that shorts that were super hard to close now even have a little gap, is one of the reasons why we close our mouths, after all.
