5 foot bath recipes to relax

Lavender

Ingredients

– hot water
– 2 to 3 slices of orange
– marbles
– 5 drops of lavender essence

Gather all items in a basin and place the feet. Leave for 10 to 15 minutes, using the marbles to massage the soles of your feet.

Lavender

Ingredients

– warm water
– 4 tablespoons of coarse salt
– 8 drops of lavender

Combine the ingredients in a bowl until the salt dissolves. Leave your feet for 30 minutes. Rinse and apply a moisturizer based on shea butter.

chamomile tea

Ingredient

– 8 cups of chamomile tea

Pour the tea into a basin and keep your feet there for 30 minutes. Chamomile has relaxing properties.

foot freshener

Ingredients

– water at room temperature
– 5 drops of mint essential oil or mint leaves macerated with sea salt

Soak your feet in the mixture for 10 to 15 minutes and feel the minty coolness. Then massage with moisturizing cream.

Exfoliating

Ingredients

– 4 tablespoons of brown sugar
– 8 tablespoons of almond oil

Combine the sugar and oil and apply the mixture over all regions of the feet in circular and upward motions. Afterwards, remove with a damp towel or place your feet in warm water. Rinse and apply moisturizer with shea butter, wrapping the feet, then, with transparent bags. Let the moisturizer act for 15 minutes, remove the plastic and do a self-massage. Remove remaining moisturizer with a warm, damp towel.
