1. Exfoliate
Dry skin makes any of us look more haggard, no matter how many hours we sleep. To get rid of the lack of vigor, first wash your face with a jet of cold water, then exfoliate the area (with a device or a product specifically designed for this), dry and finish with a moisturizer.
