What’s worth having is worth fighting for.

It’s worth it laugh at nonsense and even, from time to time, also about serious things. It deserves, at least, one moment a day the feeling that everything is calm and, another, the feeling that everything is chaos.

The person who did you a favor today and the person who today had one of the worst days of the year and repaid it with you deserves a few words. because when we most need to be loved is perhaps when we behave the worst.

It deserves a few questions the person to whom we continually tell our problems, even if that person is ourselves. Our body deserves a walk after spending several hours standing still, patiently waiting for its turn to come.

The air, the sun, the wind or the rain deserve the recognition of taking turns every day to caress our faces and get in touch with nature, even though we hide between buildings so tall that they don’t let us show our heads.

Our dream deserves a chancethe one that we keep in a little wooden box thinking that it has the key to really get closer to the person we want to be.

It is not bad to be aware that What we actually give in exchange for money is not our work or our know-how.we surrender our finite time, which is gone and will not return.

Thus We die at the same time that we have the opportunity to resurrect at every moment…, despite those who insist on condemning us and reminding us of our mistakes to hurt us, because we too are worth a life.

They deserve a Help the people who help and some words of encouragementAt least, those people who still think that not everything is lost and that, after all and despite the atrocities we have committed, drowning humanity has a solution.

Those deserve a vote of confidence people who have taken a step in the right direction even if they come from the very center of the country of error. Let’s not forget that if they get to where we are they will be much wiser and stronger than us.

They deserve a I respect everyone’s ideas and especially those of people who have been living and experimenting for longer, talk about science or their own experience: let us not forget that the first is born from collecting pieces of the second.

They are worth it surprises, especially preparing them because that illusion can be compared with few things. And, of course, those who prepare them for us are worth it because they have wondered how they could make us smile the biggest.

They are worth it a good song, a good book, a good painting, a good movie because everyone has a story that may have to do with us… or may not, that simply make us laugh, cry, hate or love… Still, aren’t they worth it?

They deserve our indignation, no matter how repeated it is, people who feel empowered to decide about the lives of others, preventing them from expressing themselves freely through terror and threat; using as weapons those that kill and not those that are part of the dialogue that is based on sincere respect and active listening.

The person who repents deserves forgiveness more than the one who expresses it and does not do so.. The first has to do with doing it again, the second has to do with a question of pride that in the end each of us should deal with individually.

The heroes who hide in everyday life are worth it and that maintain with strangled force the structure of an extraordinarily weak world in the face of the capacity we have acquired to destroy and harm.
