The watch measures the stress (and suggests a few deep breaths when we hit peaks) and reminds us to move when we’ve been sitting too long. During the night, it is also possible to measure the quality of sleep. As I am not used to sleeping with accessories, the first night I found the device strange. But I found it very useful to know how much of the night I was in light, deep, REM or awake sleep – in fact, I was surprised that I woke up four times in one night (I never noticed these interruptions). With the cell phone at the bedside, you can also find out if we snore or not.

To listen to music or answer calls during physical activity, the wireless headphones Galaxy Buds2 proved to be resistant to the impact of a more vigorous walk, without falling out of the ears. To help with concentration, the intelligent active noise canceling function helped a lot.
