If the blur is subtle, Chloé Gaya suggests cleaning the stained area with a dry cotton swab and then, also with the help of the rod, apply a little foundation or concealer and resume applying the lipstick. If you want to start from scratch, use a biphasic makeup remover. “I put the product on the cotton and hold it for three seconds over the lips.
