The Rainbow Doritos, all colorful, finally arrived in Brazil

Companies have already understood: it is impossible to ignore what is different, more than that, it is necessary to embrace it. And, in the month of “LGBT Pride”, Doritos decided to bring to Brazil the wonderful “Rainbow” edition of the snack, in which the tortillas are all in the colors of the rainbow.

The wonderful part of the initiative? The product will not be marketed🇧🇷 To acquire the kit, consisting of the chips + an original LGBT flag, residents of São Paulo must, as of June 8, make a donation of R$ 20.00 on the website www.doritos.com.br.

All money raised will be donated to Casa 1. Created by the journalist Iran Giusti, the space welcomes LGBT people who have been expelled from their homes. In addition, there is a Cultural Center with exhibition hall, room for courses, lectures and workshops and a library open to the public.

Another way to get the Doritos Rainbow is to be present at the 21st LGBT Pride Parade, which will be held on June 18, in São Paulo. There, the product will be distributed free of charge to event participants.

“As a brand, it is our role to support discussions that can bring up important issues, such as diversity and inclusion. The launch aims to collaborate in the construction of a society in which people can be themselves”, said Daniela CachichVice President of Marketing for PepsiCo in Brazil, on the launch.
