The hope of knowing that it is possible

We hold on to hope tightly when we want certain situations to improve in our lives.. It is intermittent, it appears and disappears depending on the moment we are in. It’s not an attitude, it’s a state of mind.

We surrender to it convinced that without its help we will not be able to achieve our purpose. Is hope one of the most constructive feelings and more positive than people can feel.

Hope or optimism?

Sometimes we confuse hope with optimism. They are not the same, although they complement each other. Optimism is something more constant, that is, it is the attitude we adopt to face life. Hope, however, is not always with us, it appears punctually, when we think it is necessary for a certain moment.

People with hope usually achieve good results in what they set out to do. It is a force that pushes us to actmotivates us, strengthens us and helps us make decisions.

Hope also gives us an opportunity to grow. Those “hopeful” people feel more capable of overcoming the obstacles that arise in life. On the contrary, the lack of hope is allied with fear, makes us more insecure, paralyzes us and prevents us from trying.

Hope must be cultivated

But life does not always offer us its best side and offers us the possibility of making our path easier. No matter how much enthusiasm and how much effort we put in, Hope is not a magic potion that assures us success.

However, resorting to it will always be more favorable than abandoning oneself to despair. There are people who innately use this ability, but we can all learn to manage it. There are several factors that help us cultivate hope. If we work on them we can ensure that our pantry of positive thoughts is never lacking.
