In the Catholic religion, there are few holy children in the world. But those that exist exert a lot of strength and faith in their devotees. A great example of saintly children are São Cosme and São Damião, the medical saints, who have nothing to do with children, but in Brazil they are considered that way. They are better known as Cosme and Damião, protector of children.

These two saints are always remembered in the feasts of São Cosme and Damião, which take place on September 26th in the Catholic faith. But in Brazil, the most popular celebration takes place on September 27, with distribution of candies and soft drinks. 1. Buy a pack of candies of various flavors;

2. On a Wednesday, on a full moon night, take the package of candy to a square or playground (go at a time when there are still children playing there);

3. Deposit the candies without anyone seeing (as long as it is in a place where they can be easily found later) and offer them in the intention of São Cosme and São Damião.
