According to chef and nutritionist Cynthia Maggi, who collaborates with USA Pears (Association of pear producers in the states of Washington and Oregon in the United States) in Brazil, “Those who practice physical activity are more energetic when it comes to working out because sugar is stabilized for longer ”.
