Strawberry, mint, ginger… 12 flavored waters to make at home –

Peach, blueberry and lemon water (antioxidant and alkalizing)
1 cup. (tea) blueberry
2 medium peaches, peeled, cut into wedges
1 lemon, peeled, cut into thin slices
20 fresh mint leaves
1 liter of filtered water

Strawberry and Basil Water (antioxidant and stimulant)
• 6 strawberries cut in half lengthwise (strain before drinking and use the fruit in other recipes)
• 10 fresh basil leaves
• 1 liter of filtered water

Lemon and rosemary water (digestive and stimulating)
1/2 lemon, peeled, sliced
1/2 lemon, peeled, sliced
1 sprig of rosemary
1 liter of filtered water

Orange water and orange blossom (antioxidant)
• 2 oranges, peeled, cut into thin slices
• 6 drops of orange blossom water (sold in Arab product stores)
• 1 liter of filtered water

• 1 col. (soup) gojiberry
• Peel zest of 1/2 orange
• 1 liter of filtered water
• 1 cup. (tea) watermelon in frozen cubes (add together when serving)

Pineapple, mint and cardamom water (digestive and stimulating)
• 5 mint leaves
• 3 whole cardamoms
• 1/2 chopped pearl pineapple
• 1 liter of filtered water

Flavored water to eliminate toxins
• 2 liters of water
• 1 piece (6 cm) of ginger
• 5 sprigs of rosemary
• 2 small celery stalks
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 Sicilian lemon cut into slices
• Ice to taste (if you want, use this ginger ice)
• 1/2 cup. (tea) blueberry (or strawberry cut into 4 parts)

Sanitize the ingredients. Boil the water with the ginger for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and add half the rosemary. Expect to crumble and take to the fridge for 2 hours. Strain and add the juice and lemon slices, rosemary, ice and blueberries. Decorate with the celery and serve.

Antioxidant raspberry water for summer refreshment
1 liter of water
• 1/2 cup (tea) of fresh raspberries
• juice of 1/2 lemon
• sweetener stevia August
