Stopped Life Syndrome? Learn prayer to generate movement

Unfortunately, this scene is very common these days. I see this negative pattern in many friends, clients and people in general. It’s not always noticeable. Not always the person who suffers from this evil realizes its existence. But she is there wreaking havoc on her personal and professional life.

What am I talking about? Of the Stopped Life Syndrome. Empty life. People who feel tied in life, limited, stuck, that nothing happens and are unmotivated to try to do something.

In general, this feeling of emptiness or binding starts out of nowhere. The person lives normally, but he doesn’t realize that he is dull, that nothing happens and he is getting a little discolored. It gets boring, boring, without news and every day the same.

And what does a person do to get out of this sameness? Nothing, little girl. For she does not realize that life has stopped or fallen into a monotony.

The person himself falls into a Comfort Zone, into a doldrums, becomes so prostrate that he gets used to the scene. He doesn’t do anything else to get out of this paralysis frame or he doesn’t get excited anymore.

At this time there are only two things to do. Or stay in this dull and dull life, but at least you will pass without scratches or marks of good experiences. Or start living out of the Comfort Zone.

Many say that “life begins when we wake up to it or step out of our comfort zone”. And how is this done? Breaking these negative and paralyzed patterns.

Write down everything that is stopped in life and start moving. Write down everything that is bad in life and start thinking about how to make it positive or how to cancel it.

Make a list of things, dreams and goals you want to achieve and start planning how to achieve your goals. Make a blacklist of the things that get in your life and fix them soon. In other words, move. Get out of the mental and emotional paralysis you are in. Remember that wanting is power. And you can everything.

impel me!

I’m free from these bonds,

from this prison, from this cocoon,

this plaster, this obstacle!

I’m free to exercise to the fullest

All that God has entrusted to me!

He trusts me!

He trusts me!

I’m ready to take that power
