Pray the prayer for harmony in the family and at home

Is family important? Do people in the 21st century want to have a family? I guarantee that for most it is important and that 90% of people want to have a family. At least that’s what I see and hear in my Feng Shui work. I’ve lost count of the number of women who are looking for a partner to marry and have children. The same goes for men. Thank God, no one wants to live alone. Everyone wants someone to live happily with.

Whenever I go to consult on a single girl’s residence, I always notice that she has a dining table that seats at least six. And why such a big table if she lives alone? The memory of the family lunch in her unconscious speaks louder. In fact, it speaks in all of us. Family is important. Home is essential. Home is our security.

I have always said, I speak and I will continue to speak: we were not born to live alone. We have to have someone on our side 24/7 to share, love and fight when necessary.

We have to have a family. Even if small. We have to be close and visit our parents, uncles and brothers. Never walk away. Family is family. We have to have a home and a house to live in. It’s our safe haven. But we have to have someone to share this home with. Solitude kills.

To thank the family we have and will have and the house we live in, below are prayers to have harmony in the house and in the family.

Prayer for Family Harmony

Lord, bring to this home the much needed harmony these days, that no evil desire befalls anyone in this family. May order, mutual respect, joy and faith always be our way forward for generations to come. Amen.

Prayer for harmony in the home

In the name of the Divine presence of Jesus Christ in my heart, I ask the angels of family harmony to act, here and now, in my home and in the homes of all my family members. May there be harmony, serenity, wisdom, love and fraternity in us. May our family become a living example of the great universal harmony. May each of us recognize the great divine light in the other and may our thoughts and actions reflect the light of Christ in our hearts. With humility and faith, I thank you and declare the strength of our love. So be it. Amen.

Family Prayer

Lord, we praise you for our family and we thank you for your presence in our home. Enlighten us so that we are able to assume our commitment of faith in the Church and to participate in the life of our community. Teach us to live your word and your commandment of love, following the example of the family of Nazareth. Grant us the ability to understand our differences in age, gender, character, to help each other, forgive our mistakes and live in harmony. Give us, Lord, health, work and a home where we can live happily. Teach us to share what we have with the most needy and impoverished, and give us the grace to accept illness and death with faith and serenity when they come close to our family. Help us to respect and encourage the vocation of our children when you want to call them to your service. May trust, fidelity, mutual respect reign in our family, so that love may strengthen and unite us more and more. Remain in our family, Lord, and bless our home today and always. Amen!
