Ingredients

4 col. (soup) skimmed milk powder 6 col. (soup) of roasted shelled peanuts 1 cup. (tea) of toasted textured soy protein 4 col. (soup) of culinary sweetener 1 pinch of salt

Way of doing

Beat all the ingredients in the processor (or in the blender) until you form a farofa. Store in a pot with a lid. When ready to serve, place the paçoca in colored paper straws.

Yield: 18 col. (soup)
calories per serving: 26 (traditional has 130 calories)
