Stopping possessing and loving freely and without excessive attachments is the key to evolution as a couple and as a person. Our lethal poison is found in the way we understand love, something like an eternal succession of concessions, sacrifice and fighting against oneself for the well-being of the couple.

Love is not in the other, it is within ourselves

This is precisely where most of us sin. We look in others to complement our shortcomings and our insecurities. without thinking that the only salvation is within ourselves.

We carry the weight of our lives on other people’s shoulders, holding them responsible for our successes and our failures, especially the emotional ones. This leaves us empty, without pride and without personal satisfaction; at the same time that, unfortunately, we destroy every germ of healthy love that we could be generating.

We don’t realize that if we get rid of our bandages and the patches that cover our wounds, we can create a deep and sincere bond with our interior and with the person in front of us.

Let’s stop making excuses! Love and the relationship begin, always and without exception, within oneself. If we fertilize that plot, we will infect the rest of our field with freshness. Thus, we will see ourselves grow instead of destroying ourselves.

Turn away from passion or give yourself over to it blindly?

Nobody wants to disorganize their world. There are people for whom passion is uncomfortable because they are afraid of turning their home upside down and destroying what they have already created.

In fact, Most people live between broken relationships and rotten customs. for the simple fact that they are afraid to change. These people have made the popular saying “Better evil known than good to know” a dogma, an unbreakable vital law, a guide for their lives.

However, we also encounter those who give in without thinking while waiting for the momentum of initial inertia to solve all their problems. These people offload all the responsibility for their happiness (and possible unhappiness) on others.
