Naiara Azevedo: “Plastic surgery does not work miracles” –

On Monday, April 17th, the singer and former BBB Naiara Azevedo appeared on social media to vent about the aesthetic procedures she has already done after receiving a series of criticisms about her body. In a video posted on the Instagram story, she countered the negative comments while training at a gym.

“I posted a photo on my Instagram and some people made comments, some praising and others saying: ‘Your belly is bought’. Really, it was bought because I paid for it. I have lipo, I have no problem talking about it. It was one of the best things I’ve done for myself. But everything else, my love, is constructed. Instead of criticizing the lives of others, use this video as an example, who knows, maybe encourage you in a positive way”, he said.

In addition, the artist revealed that she is very satisfied with the result of her LAD liposuction and that she has already had other procedures, including botox, facial fillers and silicone.

“I love my surgery. Who doesn’t like and criticize, patience. Because I didn’t do it to please anyone. I made it for myself,” she wrote.

Still in text, the sertaneja highlighted the importance of having a healthy lifestyle. “Plastic surgery does not work miracles! It takes a lot of dedication to maintain the result! And I’m still in the evolution phase, dedicating myself to getting the best version of myself ”, she concluded. It is worth remembering that she has already lost more than 30 kg thanks to changes made in her habits.

In an interview with , the doctor William Vantine, plastic surgeon and expert member of the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery and the Brazilian Medical Association (AMB), reinforced that these procedures really do not work miracles, as Naiara said. This is because they are not intended to promote weight loss.

The doctor also said that, in order to preserve the results obtained with the surgeries, it is essential to take some precautions. “Maintain adequate hydration, a balanced diet (without consuming high-calorie and fatty foods), avoid alcoholic beverages, stop smoking, perform lymphatic drainage and follow the recommendations of the plastic surgeon”.
