Women… in some ways they are so different, in others so similar. Witty and smart, laughing and bright, amazing and surprising. They all have something to tell the world about themselves.
O awesome.club has prepared for you a selection of real stories about men, cooking, clothes, children and women’s lives in general, told by themselves.
I came back from my morning run with a very bloody nose. I told my husband that he suddenly started bleeding. I couldn’t confess that I was watching how my breasts bounced as I ran and accidentally hit a tree.
I was walking into a large clothing store. There were many mothers with young children who were crying, asking to leave. Few could calm their little ones. A woman caught my attention for her creativity: she walked with her child through all the shelves, looking at the clothes she liked and saying: “But where’s the exit? I can’t find it at all”. We have an employee at work who, whenever she sees her female colleagues, exclaims: “Wow, you’ve lost weight!” Every time, for every woman. No wonder everyone adores her. When I’m out walking alone or with someone and I have to ask a stranger to take a picture, I look through the crowd for a woman wearing high heels. It will definitely be much more difficult to run away with my cell phone! My stature is short: 1.56m. When I go shopping alone, I often can’t get the things I need off a higher shelf. Usually, people see my difficulty and help me, but this time a store employee put me on his shoulder and told me: “Take what you want”. In fact, I wanted to stay up there, dangling my feet.
I arrived late at work. I had to give a written explanation: “I have three cats and a greedy dog who wants everything for himself. I couldn’t leave until the cats had finished their lunch, otherwise the dog would eat all their food.” My boss, a person who also loves cats, understood my reason, was very understanding.
When I feel like I’m going to get upset, I make myself a huge cup of chamomile infusion, access web pages with games for women, and spend the entire afternoon playing cooking simulators. My sadness disappears completely. My friends love the way I cook. My husband recently confessed that my culinary talent is one of the reasons he chose to marry me. It’s just that, from my youth, I understood that a baked dish made with “homemade tomatoes” (from the supermarket, of course) or with cream, is, without a doubt, the key to success. Whenever I peel potatoes at my boyfriend’s house, I try to remove as little skin as possible so it doesn’t go to waste. I do this so that if his mother sees it, she’ll think I’m a thrifty person. Meanwhile, at my house, I throw almost half of the potato away! Today I finally went to the gym. It took me a long time to convince myself. First I went on a trip, then I got sick. When I got better, I was in a cruel war with my laziness… Until I decided on sportswear and matching shoes. I was psychologically preparing myself for a long time for the long-awaited event. But… when I got there, the gym had changed addresses.
