In the morning, you are asked to start the day with peace and lightness. A midday prayer reinforces the search for strength and protection to face the challenges that arise along the way. When night arrives, it’s time to look for tranquility to sleep well, without problems and worries getting in the way of the necessary rest.

Midday Prayer

“Beloved Eternal Father, may the Lord fill me this noon with his Light and his Love, may the blessings coming from his infinite heart give me strength to continue until the end of this day.

Strengthen my faith, make my conscience unshakable, my will to serve and work unbreakable.

Enlightened be my mood and my happiness. Pass ahead, Lord, with your Strength and Light, on all the paths that I take until the end of this day.

To you, Father, I am eternally grateful for everything. Into your hands I commit my spirit; You have redeemed me, O Lord, God of truth. Amen, and may it always be like this.
