Listening to calm music after training can improve your results at the gym –

The very loud “tut-tut” can even give you a gas during the exercisebut in the first few minutes after trainingit is better to change the playlist for quiet songs.

According to the study, from the University of Brunel, in the United Kingdom, a calm sound helps to quickly reduce cortisol and promotes an improvement in the emotional state (mainly for women), which influences the results of the workout.

“Slow music produces a new rhythm in the breathing and slows down the mind”, says therapist Marcia Rissato from Rio de Janeiro. The effect is so strong that you will even start to remember the workout (even the most punk ones) with more positivity.
