6 steps to radiant skin

To perform the kobido movements, you can use an anti-aging cream and dedicate two minutes to each exercise. The ideal is to do the complete massage three times a week.

1. Neck

Objective: soften sagging and marks (creases or lines) in the region.

How to do it: Start the massage by resting your fingers on the neck (except your thumbs) and make quick, vigorous movements from the bottom up, alternating hands. Go through the entire area.

2. Chin

Purpose: to reduce and prevent double chin.

How to do it: with your thumb fixed on your temple, start a movement with your index and middle fingers from the contour of your face upwards. Drag your fingers three times: near the ear, in the center, and near the nose. Repeat to the other side.

3. Fluff

Purpose: to smooth the expression lines of the region, known as a barcode.

How to do it: place your index fingers on the underside of your chin. With your thumbs, make short downward movements continuously, passing through the entire mustache region.

4. Temples

Purpose: smooth wrinkles and expression lines around the eyes.

How to do it: support the index finger at the end of the eyebrow and the middle finger on the lower eyelid bone. With the forefinger of the other hand, make a constant and accelerated upward movement in the demarcation between the fingers. Repeat to the other side.

5. Forehead

Purpose: to smooth out wrinkles in the region, known as worry lines.

How to do it: support the two index fingers in the center of the forehead in parallel. Without taking your fingers off the skin, switch them (one goes up, the other down), wrinkling your forehead. Go back and go down. Go across the entire forehead.

6. Cheeks
