I want you to be mine. And full stop. No commas, no fears, no fears. Selfish like that. You know that when I make up my mind, it’s for real, and I have no doubt that at the moment you by my side would go down very well.

I want you to be willing to share coffee, bed and days with me. I want you to know that I love How I Met Your Mother and I still love Friends. That I like toast on point, not over-cooked. I love Alpine chocolate. That I can’t stand fake people. And that I think a lot. Very much so. I thought so much that I came to the conclusion that I must be more impulsive, and guess what? Here I am.

When I’m close to you, I feel like I’m undressing little by little, like I can see every little piece of me. Even the ones I hid and locked away so no one could find. You unveil me in a way that even I can’t, and snuggle me as if it were already my home. Your hug is one of those that makes a home, that makes us want to live inside it and never leave.

I want you to be mine. But completely, you know? Not afraid to dive headfirst, wanting to discover every corner of the world on my side and willing to prepare even the worst possible meals on Saturdays, just for us to laugh. I want you to learn to deal with me, to look into my eyes and with one look, you already know what I’m thinking.

I want us to ruffle the bed sheets until late at night, for us to sing our voices out on Fridays, and for you to bake that mug cake I love so much. I want to share with you my most beautiful moments, my best memories and even those childhood photos that we don’t show anyone. I want you to see me as I am, without any mask, secret or confusion.

I want you to be the guy who picks me up in the middle of the week just so we can spend a few hours cuddling on the living room couch. I want you to be the one who will text me just to say I’m beautiful. Who will think I’m beautiful even when I’m in those days. I want you to be mine. ‘Cause I, you know: I’m entirely yours now.
